TruffleHunter
TruffleHunter is a family business in the Cotswolds, England. It began in 2007 when Nigel Whitehouse and Omi Pears restored a farmhouse in central Italy; they returned to Britain in 2010 to make the finest truffle products, blending Italian tradition with British ingenuity. Sourcing truffles from a private location in the Sibillini Mountains of central Italy, the company built a dedicated site, expanded globally and was recognised with a Queen's Award in 2021.

Radiant rose-pink in the glass. Delicate, fruity sweet-and-sour aroma with red-grape lift; the palate is gently sweet and lightly tart, smoothed by oak-derived vanilla and a clean, not-too-acidic finish.

Medium-intense fruitiness with a herbaceous aroma, green-tomato and artichoke notes and a long, gently peppery finish.

Smooth and mellow, with warm, rounded roasted-garlic aroma over fruity extra virgin olive oil.
