Rosé Balsamic Condiment
A pale-pink Italian balsamic condiment ('condimento') made from concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, with a delicate rosé hue and a soft, fruity sweetness. Product of Italy. Lighter and gentler than dark balsamic, ideal where you don't want to colour a dish.
Bright and fruity with red-berry and gentle floral notes, a clean sweet-tart balance and a light, syrupy body.
Summer and fruit salads; grilled fish and seafood; fresh cheeses like burrata and goat; drizzled over strawberries and melon; light marinades.

La Famiglia
La Famiglia is an Italian specialty range of traditional Modenese condiments. Its rosé balsamic is part of a newer family of pale, fruit-forward condiments built on concentrated white grape must with a touch of dark must for colour — a brighter, more delicate counterpart to classic dark balsamic.
More good things.

Radiant rose-pink in the glass. Delicate, fruity sweet-and-sour aroma with red-grape lift; the palate is gently sweet and lightly tart, smoothed by oak-derived vanilla and a clean, not-too-acidic finish.

Medium-intense fruitiness with a herbaceous aroma, green-tomato and artichoke notes and a long, gently peppery finish.

Smooth and mellow, with warm, rounded roasted-garlic aroma over fruity extra virgin olive oil.
