Pistachio Cream (Crème de pistaches)
A luminous light-green spread packed with over 55% Sicilian pistachios and made with olive oil instead of palm oil. Rich, smooth and intensely nutty, it sits somewhere between a dessert sauce and a luxurious spread.
Intensely nutty and sweet, with the buttery, slightly green character of real pistachios and a smooth, spoonable richness. No palm-oil heaviness.
Spread on toasted bread, pancakes or panettone; spoon over bananas, strawberries, yoghurt or ice cream; use to fill or top cakes, croissants and cannoli; or eat straight from the jar.
Contains: Tree nuts, Milk, Soy

Favuzzi
Favuzzi is a Montreal-based importer of fine Italian foods chosen 'the artisan's way' — small producers, traditional methods, real ingredients. This pistachio cream is made in Bronte, Sicily, the volcanic-slope town famous for its prized pistachios, by a confectionery house founded by Nino Marino and Vincenzo Longhitano when they were just twenty years old. Fifteen years on, their spreads are still handcrafted with local ingredients and traditional methods.
