St Dalfour makes its fruit spreads in south-west France, near Bordeaux in a region long nicknamed 'the Garden of France', to an artisanal recipe dating from the turn of the 19th century. The Maître Confiturier gently cooks hand-selected fruit in traditional kettles and sweetens entirely with concentrated grape juice ('must') instead of cane sugar — so the jars are 100% from fruit, with no added cane sugar or artificial ingredients.
