Brew Tea Co was started in 2012 by Aideen and Phil, frustrated that most tea bags were filled with low-grade dust rather than real leaves. They set out to put proper, rolled whole-leaf tea into a tea bag, building the company first in Liverpool and later at a tea HQ in Manchester. Their 'proper tea bags' are roomy and plant-based, made from unbleached Soilon with NatureFlex inner wrap and recyclable cardboard outer, so a quality loose-leaf brew comes without the faff and without the plastic.
