Charlie & Ivy's
Charlie & Ivy's is made on the Palmer family farm in the Yorkshire Wolds, where Adam Palmer took over the tenancy after his grandfather's death and looked to diversify using crops the family already grew. That led first to cold-pressed Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil (2008) and then, in 2014, to Charlie & Ivy's — a range of dressings, dippers and mayonnaises all made on the farm. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil is the hero of the Lemon & Dill Mayonnaise, a Great Taste award winner and Farm Shop & Deli Product Awards gold winner.
