Sal de Ibiza Fleur de Sel
Hand-harvested fleur de sel from the salt flats of Ibiza, presented in the brand's recognisable glazed ceramic pot with a serving spoon — a table salt as much for the eye as the palate.
Light, crunchy, moist flakes that dissolve cleanly; bright and mineral rather than harshly salty, with a subtle sweetness.
A finishing salt — sprinkle over grilled meats and fish, fried eggs, tomatoes, dark chocolate, caramel or focaccia just before serving.
No major allergens in the listed ingredients.
Recipes change — always check the label before buying for an allergy.
Sal de Ibiza
Sal de Ibiza is hand-harvested in the protected nature reserve Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999, where salt has been gathered since Phoenician and Carthaginian times. The flor de sal — the delicate crystalline crust that forms on the surface of the salt pans — is skimmed by hand and left completely unrefined under the brand's motto 'Cristal de la Vida' (crystal of life), keeping its 80-plus natural minerals and trace elements. The signature ceramic pot comes with a little spoon for the table.

Earthy, woody and mushroomy, with the mild, gently nutty character of summer truffle — softer and less pungent than winter black or white truffle.

Rich, intensely savoury and umami-forward, led by rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes with a rounded sweetness, mellow garlic, herbal basil and a subtle nutty note from pine kernels and aged cheese.

Nutty, wheat-forward base from the germe di grano; a gentle, building chilli warmth rather than aggressive heat; faint earthy colour from red beet powder.
