Centonze
The Centonze family has farmed at Case di Latomie near Castelvetrano in western Sicily since 1953, seven kilometres from the Greek temples of Selinunte. Their roughly 37-hectare estate has always been worked organically and is planted with native Nocellara del Belice olives, including centuries-old trees and one giant believed to be over 1,200 years old. The estate is recognised as a Slow Food presidium, and its oil carries the Valle del Belice DOP, guaranteeing single-origin Sicilian provenance from estate fruit.

Radiant rose-pink in the glass. Delicate, fruity sweet-and-sour aroma with red-grape lift; the palate is gently sweet and lightly tart, smoothed by oak-derived vanilla and a clean, not-too-acidic finish.

Smooth and mellow, with warm, rounded roasted-garlic aroma over fruity extra virgin olive oil.

Intensely aromatic and savoury, with the pungent, garlicky-musky perfume of white truffle over a clean olive-oil base.
