Favuzzi Focaccia Sticks
Thin, golden, shatteringly crisp focaccia sticks from a 200-year-old Piedmontese bakery, with a warm and discreet garlic note worked right into the dough. An effortless aperitivo staple.
Light, crisp and very thin, with toasty baked-bread flavour, a fruity backbone of extra-virgin olive oil and a gentle, rounded garlic warmth on the finish. Savoury but never aggressive.

Favuzzi
Favuzzi began with a single bottle of olive oil. Montreal-born Michel Favuzzi, then a university student, discovered his family's olive-growing roots in Molfetta, on Puglia's Adriatic coast, and began importing the family cooperative's extra-virgin oil to Canada. That one product grew into a mission to seek out specialty foods from the best Italian and Mediterranean artisans, captured in the brand line 'The Artisan's Way'. These focaccia sticks are baked for Favuzzi in a Piedmontese artisan bakery founded over two hundred years ago, made slowly from simple ingredients to recipes handed down through generations.

Earthy, woody and mushroomy, with the mild, gently nutty character of summer truffle — softer and less pungent than winter black or white truffle.

Rich, intensely savoury and umami-forward, led by rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes with a rounded sweetness, mellow garlic, herbal basil and a subtle nutty note from pine kernels and aged cheese.

Nutty, wheat-forward base from the germe di grano; a gentle, building chilli warmth rather than aggressive heat; faint earthy colour from red beet powder.
