Monin
Le Sirop de Monin was created by Georges Monin in Bourges, France in 1912, and four generations later the family-owned house is one of the world's most respected makers of flavour syrups, sauces and purées, sold in more than 150 countries. Monin works with natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives, and has run a syrup-recycling programme since 2008 that turns surplus syrup into food for bees. This Floral Collection gathers five of the house's most elegant blossom flavours in sampler size, with recipe ideas tucked into the box.
