Escuminac
Escuminac is a single-forest, family-run maple producer on the Baie-des-Chaleurs coast of New Brunswick, at the foot of the Appalachians. Founded in 1998 and owned by Martin and his family, the érablière taps one centuries-old maple grove rather than blending sap from many regions, treating pure maple syrup with the same reverence as fine wine or single malt: a product defined by its forest, its season and its maker. The whole harvest is certified organic and certified carbon neutral, made with zero additives and fully traceable from forest to bottle, so that the next generation inherits a healthy grove.
