Belazu
Belazu Ingredient Company began in 1991 when co-founder George came back across the Channel with a van full of olives and big dreams, trading first as The Fresh Olive Company. Founders Adam Wells and George Bennell built a loyal following among UK restaurants by sourcing exceptional Mediterranean ingredients from quality producers. The garlic oil starts with extra virgin olive oil from a fifth-generation Spanish grower; smooth garlic is steeped through the oil for a month and extra pieces are added by hand at filling. Belazu became a Certified B Corporation in 2021 and channels 3% of annual profits to the Belazu Foundation supporting disadvantaged children.

Radiant rose-pink in the glass. Delicate, fruity sweet-and-sour aroma with red-grape lift; the palate is gently sweet and lightly tart, smoothed by oak-derived vanilla and a clean, not-too-acidic finish.
